Cards Finish 11th in the First Event of the Spring Season

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's golf team shot a 6-under-par 282 to finish in 11 th place at the Puerto Rico Classic Wednesday at the Grand Reserve Golf Course. The Cardinals carded an 844 (285-277-282) to post a score of 20-under-par. Virginia ran away with the tournament title at 55-under-par, while LSU was second at 37-under-par and Tennessee was in third place at 36-under-par. Oklahoma and Tennessee were fourth and fifth, respectively. Brady Smith was the UofL top finisher for the tournament as he shot a 5-under-par 211.
