Women’s Basketball: DeGout Scores 1,000, Leads Alvernia to 49-39 Win Over Hood

(Feb. 11, 2026) – Alvernia University (12-10, 7-4) jumped out to a 31-18 lead at the half and held off Hood College (3-19, 0-11) in the second half to secure a 49-39 win over the Blazers on Wednesday night in MAC Commonwealth Women’s Basketball action at Hood.
