Denver Rolls to Perfect Opening Weekend with Win Over Arizona State

TEMPE, Ariz. -- The University of Denver women's lacrosse team closed out its opening road trip with a 14-7 win over the Arizona State Sundevils on Sunday afternoon in Arizona. Ryan Dineen and Caroline Keil led the Pioneers' offense with four goals apiece. Olivia Ripple added three goals and an assist. Landry Grover grabbed four ground balls and caused four turnovers. Carly Frohnapfel recorded four wins in the draw circle. Lexi Gwaku made six saves in goal.
