Illinois Springfield Women’s Tennis Hosts Exhibition, Adds Evangel to Busy Road Swing

The Illinois Springfield women's tennis team opens a busy stretch this weekend with a 10:00 a.m. exhibition Friday against Illinois State at the Springfield Racquet & Fitness Center. The Prairie Stars will then travel to Springfield, Mo., for two matches, with recent schedule adjustments highlighting the weekend slate. In addition to Sunday's contest at Drury, UIS has added a Monday matchup against Evangel to round out the trip. Illinois Springfield (1-5) UIS enters the weekend with a 1-5 record.
