Adams Named American Player of the Week

IRVING – After leading the Owls to a pair of wins, Rice redshirt junior guard Hailey Adams was named the American Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Monday afternoon. Adams led the way with a pair of double-doubles, first with 13 points, 13 rebounds, three assists and a block against the Bulls. She followed that with 11 points, a career-high 19 rebounds, four blocks and an assist in Rice's comeback win at ECU.
