Islanders, Blues Swap Matt Luff, Julien Gauthier

Both players were on AHL assignments at the time of the deal and will report to their new affiliates without needing to re-clear waivers. Luff, 28, has held a very limited role as a call-up in St. Louis this season. He’s only appeared in five games, during which he’s scored once with a -2 rating.
