Seniors secure win in regular season finale

The Burgin Bulldogs girls basketball team (10-8) ended its regular season with a 55-25 win over the Trinity Christian Titans (1-7) on senior night Thursday, Feb. 19. The Bulldogs celebrated their five seniors before the game, with Ashton Lester, Kate Hatfield, Hayley Hurst, Briana Florian and Morgan Burke all getting their flowers. All five seniors scored in the contest, and Lester had a team-high 13 points. Hurst also finished in double digits with 10 points.
