Weather forces changes to weekend schedule

By: Michael MacEachern Assistant Director of Athletics for Communications MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Due to weather, the following adjustments have been made to this weekend’s Georgia College & State University events: WOMEN’S TENNIS Saturday’s (Feb. 28) match against Texas A&M – Kingsville at the Centennial Center Tennis Courts will start at 11 a.m. instead of the regularly scheduled time of 1 p.m. BASEBALL Friday’s (Feb. 27) Peach Belt Conference opener against the University of South Carolina-Beaufort at John Kurtz Field has been postponed and will be made up as part of a 1 p.m. doubleheader Saturday (Feb. 28).
