DOVER, DE --Rahmir Moore totaled 20 points, but the Delaware State men's basketball team fell to the North Carolina Central Eagles 74-60 at home Saturday. Moore's 20 point effort led the Hornets (6-21, 1-11). Ponce James helped out with 14 points and five assists and Bessanty Saragba chipped in with four points and seven rebounds.
