Javelinas split double-header Friday with Eagles

Kingsville – Texas A&M-Kingsville split its double-header Friday with Oklahoma Christian, 4-3 and 4-18, at Nolan Ryan Field. The Javelinas (14-7, 14-7 LSC) got another close win over the Eagles (7-14, 7-14 LSC) in the first game of the contest after scoring three runs in the first before dropping the second game by way of the largest deficit this season.
