Denver secured the early advantage by claiming the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions. Claudia Martinez and Louise Wikander defeated Selena Bird and Ava Doddridge 6–2 at No. 2 doubles, while Natalie Cinkova and Zoe Adkins posted a 6–0 victory over Natalia Alves De Lima and Keta Shavishvili at No. 3.
