Four Panthers Named to CSC Basketball All-District Teams

Greenwood, Ind. — The College Sports Communicators revealed its 2024-25 Men's and Women's Basketball Academic All-District teams on Tuesday afternoon and a trio of Panthers received the honor. Lauren Beberman, Christina Sanchez, Me'Chelle Cancer and Patrick Burke represented their respective teams. Beberman, who was named the Northeast 10 Defensive Player of the Year, earned a 3.932 grade-point average while pursuing a degree in nursing. The Mahopac, N.Y. native led the NE10 in blocks (45) and steals (72) and recorded a conference-high nine steals in the team's win over Franklin Pierce on Jan. 28.
