Eagles split with Sabres in home opener

VERONA, Wis. – Baseball opened up Stampfl Field for the first time in 2026 Tuesday. They took on the Marian Sabres in NACC action. The two squads split, with the Eagles (10-8, 4-2 NACC) putting together an 8-1 win in game two before the Sabres (7-12, 2-6) bounced back with a 6-4 victory in the nightcap.
