Women’s Lacrosse Suffers Defeat Against Marist

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. -- Mia Estelle netted a hat trick for the Merrimack women's lacrosse team, but ultimately the Warriors suffered a 14-9 defeat against Marist at Daune Stadium on Wednesday. Hailey Schnider and Brooke Eggleston each scored two goals for the Warriors while Lindsay Atkinson and Ashlyn Campbell netted one apiece. Merrimack trailed 8-5 at the half and finished with 10 shots on goal. The Warriors return to Duane Stadium on Saturday when they host Quinnipiac at noon ET.
