Freya Jensen returning to Iowa State, not entering transfer portal

Freya Jensen has changed her mind. Jensen, a freshman for the Iowa State women’s basketball team last season, told The Des Moines Register on April 2 she’s decided not to enter the transfer portal after all. The 5-foot-10 guard from Denmark told The Register last month she planned to transfer after one season with the Cyclones. Turns out, she’s sticking around. Jensen, a late arrival to campus last season, played in 11 games for Iowa State, averaging 1.6 points, 0.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists.
