Haug named MIAA Pitcher of the Week

Northwest Missouri State University senior Ben Haug has been honored as the MIAA Pitcher of the Week. Haug (Marshall, Mo. / Marshall HS / State Fair CC) pitched eight scoreless innings and struck out 12 batters in a 9-0 win at Arkansas-Fort Smith (April 2). Haug scattered four hits and issued one walk vs. the Lions as he moved to 3-1 on the season.
