Rams Compete Against Columbia, Northeastern

Rhode Island Rowing competed against Columbia and Northeastern at Overpeck Park in Ridgefield, N.J on Saturday morning. The Rams competed in all three Varsity 8 races and in the First Varsity 4 race. The Rams had some tight margins but were outpaced by both Columbia and Northeastern. Rhode Island’s Varsity 8 boat of Lily Stasaitis (coxswain), Danika Rogers , Nora Lake , Bethany Nordstrom , Sierra Munroe , Liz Mayer , Emma Barnhart , Sasha Hanewald , and Brigid McShea had the team’s closest finish of the day trailing Northeastern by six seconds for second place.
