Reigning rookie of the year Paige Bueckers will be plying her trade this season with one of the best upcoming bigs in the WNBA. Centre Alanna Smith has agreed to a three-year max contract with the Dallas Wings, ESPN’s Alexa Philippou reported Saturday. Smith, 29, enjoyed a breakout campaign in her second year with the Minnesota Lynx last year, averaging 9.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists while tallying 1.3 steals and 1.9 blocks per game.
