Hallam, Lehberg honored

GROVE CITY, Pa. — The Presidents’ Athletic Conference recognized two Grove City College lacrosse players with weekly awards Monday afternoon in honor of their respective performances last week. In women’s lacrosse, freshman defender Gabri Hallam (Buffalo, N.Y./Clarence) captured Defensive Player of the Week honors. On the men’s side, senior faceoff ace Colton Lehberg (Rancho Santa Fe, Calif./Santa Fe Christian) earned Specialist of the Week distinction. Hallam helped the Wolverines to two shutout wins last week. She had four caused turnovers and picked up seven ground balls last Tuesday in a 23-0 home win over Saint Vincent. Saturday at Hiram, she…
