Big Third Quarter Fuels Tigers Past Elmhurst
The Colorado College men’s lacrosse team rallied from an early deficit and used an 8-1 advantage in the third quarter to defeat Elmhurst University, 18-10, Thursday evening in Elmhurst, Ill. The Tigers, 10-2 and No. 27 in the latest NPI rankings, trailed 5-1 at the end of the first quarter, but rallied with goals by Matt Hudson , Luke Smith and Wyatt Furda in the second quarter to cut the Elmhurst lead to 5-4 at halftime.
