Colonels Set Two New Records on Final Day at Wake Forest
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – It was a record setting day for EKU on the final day of the Wake Forest Invitational with two program records falling. Taha Er Raouy claimed the men's 1,500 meters record with a time of 3:39.48, currently the 15 th fastest time in the country this season. Not long after, Brighter Jepchumba set a new outdoor record in the women's 5,000m at 15:28.09, the fifth fastest time in Division I this year.
