Hardin-Simmons Defeats UC Santa Cruz, 5-2

COPPELL, Texas — Hardin-Simmons’ Cowboy tennis team defeated a regionally and nationally ranked University of California, Santa Cruz, 5-2, on Friday, afternoon at Coppell High School. The Cowboys claimed the doubles point with a win at No. 1 doubles as Payne Smith and Gabriel Harris earned a 6-4 victory.
