Red Dragons Wrap Up First Day Cortland Classic
CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Oneonta women’s track & field team wrapped up the first day of the Cortland Classic, highlighted by strong performances and multiple personal bests. In the heptathlon, junior Eko Dodd-Brown (New Rochelle, NY/New Rochelle) currently ranks fourth with 2,346 points. Junior Jacey Hinds (Blossvale, NY/Camden Senior) is 12th at 1,860, while freshman Eva Croft (Sherrill, NY/Vernon Verona Sherrill Central) is 13th with 1,852 points. The track events began with the 3,000-meter steeplechase, where sophomore Anna Kern (Central Valley, NY/Monroe-Woodbury) ran a personal best of 11:51.58 for third.
