Baseball Falls in Slugfest Battle to Gardner-Webb

RADFORD, Va. – The Radford baseball program fell on the wrong end of a slugfest Saturday afternoon as Gardner-Webb evened the weekend series with a 15-10 final. The Highlanders fell behind early as the Runnin’ Bulldogs plated a pair of runs in the first, but the offense didn’t wait long to respond. Junho Son and Hunter Keen both singled and both moved into scoring position off a groundout.
