Baseball Splits Doubleheader with Columbia

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown baseball team split a Saturday doubleheader with Columbia at Attanasio Family Field at Murray Stadium on Saturday afternoon, taking game one 6-1 and dropping the nightcap 11-2. The day was part of Brown’s Little League Day, welcoming over 100 little leaguers from the Fox Point East Little League program. Freshman Matt Luigs went 5-for-9 with three runs scored and an RBI across the two games.
