Bears Run to Second Place at Wellesley-Mt. Holyoke-Smith Tri-Meet

WELLESLEY, Mass. — The Smith College track and field team posted a second-place finish at the Wellesley-Mt. Holyoke-Smith Tri-Meet on Saturday at Wellesley College, highlighted by seven individual event victories and a wave of personal and season-best performances across the field. Event Winners Lena Baker (Lee’s Summit, MO/Lee’s Summit North) delivered the day’s standout performance, sweeping the 200m and 400m to claim two individual titles.
