Cats have strong showing in throws at Sparky Adams Invite

BEREA, Ohio (April 18) — The Thiel College Track and Field teams took part in the two-day Spark Adams Invite at Baldwin Wallace University Friday and Saturday. The men placed 12th-of-17 teams while the women came in 18th. On the women’s side, Ariel Carney (DuBois, Pa./DuBois) set a Thiel freshman record in the discus with a PR of 36.35m to place 9th-of-41 competitors.
