STANFORD, Calif. – The NC State softball team dropped an 11–4 decision at No. 20/19 Stanford on Friday evening at Stanford Softball Stadium. The Cardinal used a pair of big innings to build an early advantage, scoring four runs in the first and adding six more in the third to take control of the contest.
