Raptors’ Immanuel Quickley out Game 1 vs. Cavaliers

The Toronto Raptors will be without their starting point guard to begin the playoffs. Immanuel Quickley has been ruled out for Game 1 against the Cleveland Cavaliers, per Sportsnet’s Michael Grange. Quickley suffered a mild hamstring strain in the Raptors’ regular-season finale. He played 16 minutes in the first half, putting up four points, two rebounds and five assists. Jamal Shead began the second half in Quickley’s place. The 26-year-old averaged 16.4 points, a career-high 5.9 assists, four rebounds and 31.9 minutes over 70 games this season.
