Softball Falls to Butler 9-1

WASHINGTON – Georgetown University's softball team dropped a 9-1 decision to visiting Butler in five innings on Saturday afternoon at the Mount Vernon Sports Complex. With the loss, the Hoyas fall to 15-18 overall and 8-9 in BIG EAST play. The Bulldogs improve to 18-17 overall and 10-7 in league play. Hoya Highlights Georgetown registered three hits in the game including a solo home run from Brooke Rebhan.
