Women’s Lacrosse Falls at Fairfield in Season Finale
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Marist University women’s lacrosse team saw its season come to an end on Saturday evening with a 17-7 loss at Fairfield. The Red Foxes finish the 2026 campaign 4-12 overall and 3-5 in MAAC play. Junior attack Kathryn Staker led Marist with two goals and one assist. Sophomore midfielder Amelia Pirozzi added two goals, while senior attack Jesse Manger recorded one goal and three assists. Senior captain midfielder Caitlin McNaboe and junior midfielder Madison Leale each scored once. Pirozzi opened the scoring at 13:03 to give Marist an early lead.
