Lipscomb pitching staff holds off Lions to win series
FLORENCE, Ala. (April 19, 2026) — The University of North Alabama baseball team fell in game three to Lipscomb on Sunday, 6-0 at Mike D. Lane Field at Bank Independent Stadium. North Alabama (19-20, 11-7 ASUN) was limited to four hits in 30 at-bats, as left fielder Nash Rippen led the way with a pair of doubles for the afternoon game. Lipscomb (17-19, 10-8 ASUN) threw 12 strikeouts between the likes of Collin Bosley-Smith and Jackson Lee.
