Personal Bests for the Cardinals at Bryan Clay Invitational
AZUSA, Calif. - The University of the Incarnate Word women's track and field team competed at this weekend's Bryan Clay Invitational, one of the largest meets in the nation and a World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger event. It was hosted at Azusa Pacific University's Cougar Stadium. Sophomore Emily Shook posted a personal best time of 38:07.40 in the 10,000 meter, nearly four minutes quicker than her previous best mark of 41:53.75 which she set at last year's Southland Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
