Comets Stretch Win Streak To Six

The Greenville Comets baseball team made its annual trek to the Gateway Grizzlies ball field in Sauget Thursday and the varsity GHS squad beat South Central 10-3 The Comets led the whole game, scoring three times in the first and adding four in the fifth. Dayton Oliver was the winning pitcher, going four innings. Cannon Hamel was credited with a save for tossing the three scoreless frames.
