Men’s Track and Field, Women’s Golf: Spielman, Freitag Named Alvernia Athletes of the Week

Reading, Pa. (April 20, 2026) – Alvernia Women’s Golf senior Grace Spielman and Men’s Track and Field first year Trip Freitag were named Alvernia Athletes of the Week for their performances during the week of April 12 – April 19, 2026. Spielman fired a career-low round of 71 to earn her first career low medalist honor at the MAC Preview on Wednesday.
