Bailey goes back-to-back as Medalist, ‘Cats finish season second in the NWC

NORTH PLAINS, Ore. — Douglas Bailey repeated as the Northwest Conference’s medalist in the final NWC event of the season, firing rounds of 68, 69 (-5), winning in a playoff, while the Wildcats placed second as a team.
