Bulldogs Tied For Third, Richards Tied For Fourth After Second Day Of SoCon Championship
BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. – The Samford women's golf team moved up into a tie for third after the second round of the Southern Conference Championship, held Tuesday at the Columbia Country Club (Par 72, 6,150 yards). After two rounds Samford has a score of 35-over-par 611 (306-305) to tie with UNC Greensboro for third in the nine-team field. Furman leads the tournament with a two-round score of 593 (289-304).
