Gorny Named IWLCA DIII Offensive Player of the Week

NORTHBOROUGH, MA – University of Rochester senior attacker Alyssa Gorny was named the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) NCAA Division III Co-Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the IWLCA on Tuesday. Gorny, who was also named the Liberty League Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Performer of the Week, notched all three game-winning goals as the Yellowjackets went 3-0 against Utica, Skidmore and RPI to improve to 11-4 overall on the season and 7-2 in conference play.
