Report: Canucks get permission to interview Kevyn Adams for GM job
As the Vancouver Canucks search for a new general manager, a new name surfaced on Tuesday. The Canucks requested and were granted permission to interview former Buffalo Sabres GM Kevyn Adams, The Athletic's Matthew Fairburn and Thomas Drance reported. Adams, who was fired by the Sabres in mid-December, required permission to interview because he still had time left on his contract with Buffalo. He served as the Sabres' GM for five-and-a-half seasons before being replaced by Jarmo Kekäläinen.
