Smith Named All-Met Second Team

WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army West Point junior Kya Smith was named to the Met Basketball Writers Association Second Team, the organization announced on Tuesday. Smith, a native of Lubbock, Texas, led the Black Knights in a number of categories and was one of the best mid major players in the country this season. Smith led Army in points (13.7), rebounds (10.2), field goal percentage (51.4), assists (107) and steals (55). She scored in double-digits 25 times this season and has 14 double-doubles to her name.
