Cards Open ACC Championship in Seventh Place

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's golf teams opened the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship in seventh place after the first round of action at Shark's Tooth Golf Club in Panama City, Beach, Fla. The Cardinals shot 2-over-par 290 to enter Friday's round 15 shots off the lead. Stanford is running away from the field at 13-under-par, with Wake Forest in second place at 3-under-par and North Carolina in third place at 2-under-par.
