Men’s basketball signs FC Bayern Munich big Alessio Calamita

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Indiana State men's basketball head coach Matthew Graves announced the signing of Alessio Calamita (uh-less-e-o cal-uh-me-tuh). Calamita comes in at 6-10 and 255 pounds from Germany. He most recently played for FC Bayern Munich, appearing in 19 games. He averaged 8.7 points per game and 5.8 rebounds per game in just under an average of 20 minutes per game on the court.
