Fremont cruises past Holland Christian, Clark belts a solo home run

LocalSportsJournal.com The Fremont softball team blew by Holland Christian in both games of a doubleheader on Friday. The Packers won both games, 15-0. Ava Geers and Riley Derks were productive at the plate in the opener with three hits apiece. Kenzie Homrich won in the circle for the Packers. Gracie Clark led the offense in Game 2 with three hits, including a solo home run while Kamryn Clark, Geers and Aryah Nelson each recorded multiple hits. Lana Cambell was the winning pitcher for the Packers. Fremont next hosts Montague on Tuesday for a pair of games.
