Knox Drops Two at Illinois College

The Knox College softball team dropped a Midwest Conference doubleheader on Saturday, falling at Illinois College 10-0 and 8-0 in Jacksonville. The Prairie Fire (8-24, 2-8) return to action on Sunday, hosting Cornell in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. In the second game, Illinois College jumped ahead 4-0 in the first inning, then added single runs in the second, third, fourth, and sixth innings.
