Lander Falls to Top-Seeded Columbus State in PBC Tournament Semifinals

COLUMBUS, Ga. - Fourth-seeded Lander University saw its Peach Belt Conference tournament run end Saturday with a 4-0 loss to top-seeded Columbus State University in the semifinal round. Columbus State (18-2) secured the doubles point early and carried that momentum into singles play, clinching the match before several tightly contested courts could finish. The Cougars took control from the outset by winning two of the three doubles courts.
