Men’s Golf: Play Suspended in Round One of the MAC Commonwealth Men’s Golf Championships

Fleetwood, Pa. (April 25, 2026) – Alvernia University competed in a rain shortened round one of the 2025 MAC Commonwealth Men’s Golf Championships at Golden Oaks Golf Club on Saturday. Alvernia was in the final wave of tee times alongside Hood and Eastern and were the three teams that were unable to complete the first round of the championships due to course conditions. Alvernia, Hood and Eastern will resume play tomorrow at 8:00 AM and complete round one before the championship will tee back off at 11:00 AM for round two of the tournament.
