Pioneer women’s golf team shoots out to early lead at Wartburg Spring Invite

Results WAVERLY, Iowa – A balanced performance by its entire squad pushed Grinnell College’s women’s golf team into a first-place tie after the first day of the Wartburg Spring Invite. The Pioneers shot a 303, the same as the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Saturday at Prairie Links Golf Course. Those squads lead third-place University of Dubuque by five strokes in the 10-team affair.
