Softball Drops Game To No. 13 Virginia Tech

BLACKSBURG, Va. – UNC softball fell to No. 13 Virginia Tech on Saturday 14-5. The UNC bats rolled early, scoring three runs in the first before recording an out thanks to a bases clearing double by Shelby Barbee . The three RBI move Barbee into fourth all time for a single season. In the bottom half, the Hokies tied things up.
