Women’s Tennis Falls to Drake

CHICAGO - The UIC women's tennis team fell in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) tournament semifinals 4-1 against Drake. After dropping the doubles point, the Flames rallied sending three matches to a tie breaking third set before the match was clinched. The Flames finish the season 14-7 and as the MVC regular season champions for the first time in program history. Elizabeth Lumpkin Robinson was selected as MVC Coach of the Year.
