Alves Tabbed to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK (April 28, 2026) – The St. John's track and field standout Jamora Alves was named the BIG EAST Women's Field Athlete of the Week for the third time this season following her impressive performances at the 130 th Penn Relays, the league office announced on Tuesday afternoon. This marks the sixth weekly honor roll appearance during Alves' time as a Johnnie. She most recently was named back-to-back field athlete of the week earlier this month.
